ACCRA, GHANA — Ghanaian gospel artiste, worship leader and songwriter Shadrach Danso, popularly known as Levite Shabach, has released his latest single, “Maranatha,” a contemporary gospel worship ballad carrying a powerful message of spiritual revival, divine encounter and the return of Jesus Christ.
Recorded live during his annual Just Worship concert at Calvary Baptist Church, Awoshie, “Maranatha” was produced by award-winning hitmaker Shadrach Yawson, popularly known as Shaa. Stream/Download on preferred platform HERE!

The title Maranatha, traditionally understood as a cry for the Lord to come, forms the heart of the song’s message. However, Levite Shabach’s expression goes beyond anticipation of the second coming of Christ.
“Maranatha” is also a heartfelt prayer for Jesus to invade the lives of believers here and now — bringing revival, healing, miracles, signs and wonders, while empowering His people to reach more souls for the Kingdom.
Hailing from Accra, Levite Shabach has established himself as a versatile gospel artiste with a distinctive Afrocentric sound, compelling songwriting abilities and a passionate approach to worship and stage ministry. Levite Shabach currently worships with Calvary Baptist Church Awoshie - Grace Mission (Dawhenya Branch), where he serves as a worship leader and the church’s Music Director. He has shared stages with some of Ghana’s leading gospel music personalities, including Joe Mettle, Kingzkid, Akesse Brempong, Becky Bonney, Diana Hamilton, Eugene Zuta, MOG Music and Ps. Isaiah Fosu Kwakye Jnr, among others.
He is also the convener of Just Worship, his annual flagship worship event, which has attracted hundreds of worshippers from diverse backgrounds since its inception. Since 2016, the gatherings have been marked by testimonies of breakthroughs, healing and transformative encounters with God.
Beyond music and ministry, Levite Shabach is an entrepreneur, graphic designer and model. He is also a mentee of renowned Ghanaian-American gospel artiste, preacher, philanthropist and entrepreneur Dr. Sonnie Badu, whose influence has played a significant role in his ministry journey.
